MA LEA RATINGS

It its most recent review, the Massachusetts State Department of Education determined that 39 Massachusetts districts did not meet IDEA requirements and, therefore, cannot reduce state and local MOE (Maintenance of Effort). The question remains as to whether or not the 31 districts designated as “at risk” can reduce state and local MOE:
