NE LEA RATINGS
The U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) requires every state to make annual determinations for every local school district (LEAs) in the state based on the LEA’s performance on the state’s performance plan. One of the following ratings must be assigned: Meets Requirements, Needs Assistance, Needs Intervention, Needs Substantial Intervention.
